What’s the purpose of the Resource Box?
The resource contains information about you, the author, and is usually at the end of your article. You want to make this a mandatory part of your article, because it’s an important marketing channel.
Be sure to include the following in your resource box.
Your name: This is the most important item. Include your name with your title as an option.
Your website address: Provide a valid URL, for example http://your name.com.
A catchy slogan: This is usually a 2 or 3 sentence brief about you, and whatever it is your attempting to sell. Think of it as being a classified ad, where you tell people about your USP (Unique Selling Proposition), and what separates you (or your product) from the competition.
Your call to action: Use power words to lead them to your website. For example, you may write “To know more about this product / subject visit XYZ.com.”
Your contact information: Be sure to include a valid e-mail address and/or phone number for interested parties to contact you if they need to. Remember, after your article has been submitted to the various article directories, e-zine publishers and webmasters, it’ll be almost impossible to retract anything you’ve said in the article.

Don’t put irrelevant URL’s on your website.
Don’t go off on a tangent, and always keep your subject and product in mind. Don’t write anything about what you’ve done in the past because most people don’t care about that. They only care about what your product and/or service is going to do for them.
